What is PDR?
PDR is short for Paintless Dent Repair. An Art that started back in the 1950's in Europe. It came to the U.S. automobile factories in the 60's or 70's and hit the mainstream in the 1990's. It is the process of removing metal defects in automobiles without damaging the factory paint finish.
Why should I choose PDR?
First, it's affordable. Any minor dents or defects in (1) panel of a vehicle could cost anywhere from $400 to $800 at a conventional auto body shop. Where we can fix your vehicle for at least half that cost.
Second, it's time efficient. Most vehicles can be fixed in (1) day or less. Some customers can even wait on their vehicle because it may take less than an hour. Compared to conventional auto body shops, where the minor damage should take at least (3) days.
Third, it keeps the factory paint intact. When you put paint on a vehicle, it instantly depreciates the value of your vehicle. Any good vehicle appraiser will look for paint defects when you trade in your vehicle and may appraise it as collision damage, and not just a little door ding. It's in their best interest to make you believe your vehicle is worth as little as possible in order to sell it at a larger profit margin. It's in your favor when you have no paint blemishes on your vehicle.
